Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines

1. Trademark & Brand Asset Protection

The Shopino™ name, logomarks, typography, and distinctive product packaging aesthetics are protected under Pakistani and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial use of the Shopino mark or confusingly similar variations (e.g. counterfeit badges or unauthorized online storefronts) is strictly prohibited.

2. Copyright on CAD Designs & Mold Tooling

All proprietary product geometries—including our double-lock baby bed rail hinges, 360-degree rotating kitchen basket bearings, and hexagonal castle tent connectors—are proprietary industrial assets engineered by Shopino Pakistan.

• Physical Replication: Reverse-engineering or 3D scanning Shopino molds for unauthorized domestic production will be met with immediate legal injunctions.
• OEM Client Tooling: Custom tooling commissioned under our New Product Development Program remains the exclusive intellectual property of the commissioning client under signed NDAs.

3. Photography & Digital Media Usage

All product photography, video installation guides, assembly graphics, and marketing copy published on Shopino.pk are original copyrighted works.

• Authorized Retailers: Certified distributors and retail partners are granted non-exclusive licenses to utilize high-resolution product photography for promotional displays and catalogs.
• Unauthorized Scraping: Third-party sellers on marketplace portals (e.g. Daraz, OLX, Facebook Marketplace) are strictly prohibited from copying our photos to sell counterfeit or substitute products.

4. Anti-Counterfeiting & Legal Enforcement

Shopino maintains zero tolerance for counterfeiters. Counterfeit toys and fake bed rails made from toxic scrap plastics pose grave safety hazards to Pakistani children.

Our legal counsel actively issues Cease & Desist Orders and coordinates with IPO-Pakistan, FIA Cyber Crime Wing, and customs border authorities to seize illicit copies and protect consumer safety.
