1. General Agreement
By accessing Shopino.pk, ordering products, or applying for distribution rights, you agree to comply with our commercial terms, shipping guidelines, and return policies.
2. Product Specifications & Quality
All products are manufactured under strict internal quality audits in Karachi, Pakistan. Specifications, dimensions, and weights are outlined on product detail pages. In case of any transit defect, our 7-day 1-to-1 replacement policy applies.
3. Wholesale Dealership & Territory Rights
Authorized City Distributors are granted territory rights subject to maintaining their designated monthly order volume quotas. Retail price stability must be respected to avoid predatory price wars.
4. Custom Tooling & Mold Ownership
Clients commissioning custom OEM/ODM molds retain 100% legal ownership of their physical mold tooling blocks and CAD designs upon payment completion.
5. Governing Law
These terms and all commercial transactions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
